No. Luxoclean provides all the tools and supplies with our cleaning services.
Unfortunately, our payment policy requires payment for services before cleaning starts. Please visit our Booking Page to schedule a cleaning.
That depends on the size of the job. For smaller jobs we send 1 cleaner, for medium jobs we send 2, and for large jobs will send 3 to 4 cleaners.
No, you don't. But please make sure to leave a note on our booking system for our cleaners.
No, we don't offer this kind of service. Our cleaners are not trained or insured to clean outside surfaces or areas that need more than a two-step ladder.
Our cleaning services are currently available in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
Our services are highly flexible to accommodate your schedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, there will be no charge for the cancellation. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
