* Flat rate cleanings do not apply to post-renovation cleanings or if the premises have not been properly maintained by the occupant. In these instances, an hourly cleaning rate of $49 would apply. Please contact us for more information.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 25% fee.
